Keller & Kirkpatrick employs a professional surveying group, which uses the latest technology to provide an accurate product in the timeliest manner possible. Utilizing robotic and electronic total station field data collection systems, Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers, industry standard surveying and design software, all project mapping can be produced in the AutoCADD/DXF or Intergraph/Microstation computer formats. Our work has ranged from large custom home sites, planned unit developments, townhomes, com-mercial, industrial, public and office retail sites to highway designs, bridge designs, potable water systems, landfill reclamation, storm drainage facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, tax mapping and geographic information systems projects within urban and rural areas. The foundation for these services is the overall project management and attention to detail necessary to prepare accurate boundary, topographic and existing condition surveys in an efficient and timely manner.

The Track Record

Throughout our 35-year history, we have performed surveying services for various public and private clients throughout the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New York. We are currently members of many professional societies that help us stay abreast of changing laws and industry standards. Keller & Kirkpatrick has access to staff from other branches of our parent company, Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI). Through GPI, Keller & Kirkpatrick has access to a wide range of surveying specialties, such as low altitude aerial mapping, laser scanning and orthophotography

The Experience

Keller & Kirkpatrick has performed numerous ALTA and standard boundary surveys for parcels less than an acre up to 1,200 acres. We have performed detailed topographic surveys at 1/2 foot contour intervals. Extensive underground utilities surveys have been needed for many projects; some requiring sub-consultants using state-of-the-art digging and vacuuming equipment. In just the past year, Keller & Kirkpatrick has prepared over 25 such boundary and topographic surveys of various parcel sizes and level of detail; 25 ALTA boundary surveys; 25 small lot surveys; 12 highly detailed boundary and topographic surveys; 12 construction layout projects; 10 Global Positioning Systems surveys.
