Since being founded in 1972, Keller & Kirkpatrick has provided site engineering expertise to the residential development community on a continual basis. We measure success by the fact that many of our clients are repeat clients. We realize that there is far more to site engineering than simple technical prowess. Over the past five (5) years, Keller & Kirkpatrick has designed over 50 multi-family development sites in northern New Jersey, and these sites have included more than 300 dwelling units. These projects have ranged in size from 10 townhouses to a nearly 400-unit mixture of townhouses and apartments.

Over the same time period, Keller & Kirkpatrick has designed over 10 single-family subdivisions in northern New Jersey, and these projects contained over 30 dwelling units.
