From small subdivisions to large multi-family housing develop-ments, our multi-disciplinary approach provides the highest level of service for every phase of a project. Services begin with concept planning entailing specific research of local ordinances and state agency jurisdictions, surveying needs, including topographic, existing conditions, and boundary mapping, to provide an accurate base for engineering design and preliminary plan submission.

Traditional civil engineering services are augmented with traffic, permitting, structural, landscape, lighting, wetland, and special needs, as necessary, to round out the multi-discipline approach from one consultant. Throughout a project, our clients are involved with the decision-making process, including constructability reviews, to ensure Keller & Kirkpatrick is meeting or exceeding their overall goals. With three decades of experience working within the municipal arena, we provide professional project presentation and testimony throughout the approval and developers' agreement process. Thereafter, we provide survey and design services for layout and construction of the site.
