![]() | Site Plan/Subdivision Reviews Since being founded in 1972, Keller & Kirkpatrick has served both the Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment of our municipal clients. In this regard, we have protected the interests of our municipal clients through comprehensive reviews of land development applications and providing high level professionals for Planning Board and Board of Adjustment meetings. Keller & Kirkpatrick has a history of longevity with our municipal clients, having served three municipalities for 13-32 continuous years. Below is a summary of our qualifications: The ExperienceOver the past five (5) years, Keller & Kirkpatrick reviewed over 150 applications for Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment for the following municipalities: The Skills Setting the Standards Two employees of Keller & Kirkpatrick are members of the Site Improvement Advisory Board (SIAB), which is the organization responsible for maintaining the Residential Site Improvement Standards (RSIS). Accordingly, staff at Keller & Kirkpatrick are intimately familiar with all RSIS requirements and implications. In addition, Keller & Kirkpatrick personnel are in the process of revising site plan and subdivision standards for Essex County.
