Since being founded in 1972, Keller & Kirkpatrick has performed the site engineering for numerous new and expanded commercial and institutional sites. Keller & Kirkpatrick has upgraded parking layouts, access configurations, lighting, and landscaping for numerous commercial and institutional sites. We realize that timeframe is of critical importance for many of these projects. Accordingly, we utilize continual communi-cation with our clients, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the approval process to complete our projects in a timely manner. Over the past five (5) years, Keller & Kirkpatrick has designed new or expanded commercial site plans for over 20 locations. The developments consisted of ten office developments totaling over 1.1 million square feet of space, four warehouse/industrial facilities, two retail facilities, two religious institutions, two recreational facilities, and one municipal complex.

Over the same time period, Keller & Kirkpatrick has designed rehabilitations or parking/driveway reconfigurations for more than ten commercial projects.
